PROJECT NAME: Two Rivers - Residential Community, Eagle, Idaho
ROLE: Principal landscape architect and general contractor responsible for community design and on-site construction management of hardscape, landscape construction, excavation and water features.
CUSTOMER: Dennis M. Baker and Associates, Boise, Idaho
PROJECT SIZE: 112 acres
DESIGN CONCEPT: The Two Rivers community is located between two forks of the Boise River in Eagle, Idaho. The project needed to be designed to comply with all flood control considerations while creating an old world ambiance nestled in a natural wooded setting. Wildlife habitat was created throughout the community. Waterfalls, fountains, ponds and dense colorful plantings were the principal design features. Montgomery Corporation received a merit award from the ASLA for the project.
